南充对接“一带一路”国家成果丰硕

6月25日，南充市友协赴成都参加省友协主办的2023“一带一路”国际民间友好组织交流会。市友协会长赵启积极与摩洛哥、南亚、马来西亚等国家和地区的友好组织进行了“一对一”洽谈，就教育合作、贸易采购、文化交流等方面达成一致意见，取得了丰硕成果。

On June 25th, Nanchong People’s Association of Friendship with Foreign Countries participated in 2023 Sichuan Belt and Road International People-to-People Friendship Organization’s Meeting hosted by Sichuan Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries in Chengdu. The president of Nanchong People’s Association of Friendship with Foreign Countries, Zhao Qi, actively engaged in one-to-one negotiations with friendly orgnaizations from Morocco, South Asia, Malaysia and other countries and regions. They reached a consensus on education cooperation, trade procurement, cultural exchange, and achieved fruitful results.

与摩洛哥交流中，摩洛哥中国友好协会主席哈利勒对南充参与“中摩历史名城对话会”和“川摩青少年趣味运动会”给予充分肯定，他希望我方派员访问摩洛哥，期待前往南充进一步了解新能源汽车、摩托车、五金机电等产品情况并表达了采购意愿。

During the exchange with Morocco, Mohammed Khalil, President of Morocco-China Association for Friendship and Exchange, highly praised Nanchong’s participation in the “China-Morocco Historical Cities Dialogue” and the “Sichuan-Morocco Youth Fun Sports Games”. He hoped that we would send representatives to visit Morocco and expressed his desire to visit Nanchong to further understand the situation of new energy vehicles, motorcycles, hardware machinery, and other products with his willingness to engage in procurement activities.

在与南亚-中国友好合作组织主席、尼泊尔中国经贸协会会长阿奴伯交流中，他对南充优越的区位条件、丰富的人文景观和良好的产业发展十分看好，当即指示随行人员对接我方高校需求，推荐留学生并拟于今年8月组织优秀南亚企业家前往南充考察交流并召开商贸对接会。

During the exchange with Anoop Bhattarai, President of Organization for South Asian Regional Friendship and Cooperation with China and President of Nepal China Executives Council, he expressed great optimism about Nanchong’s superior geographical location, rich cultural landscapes, and favorable industrial development. He immediately instructed accompanying personnel to coordinate with universities’ needs in Nanchong, and recommend international students. Then, he planned to organize a visit to Nanchong by outstanding entrepreneurs from South Asia in August this year for research, exchange, and to hold a business matchmaking meeting as well.

在与马来西亚中国友好协会会长马吉德交流中，当他得知南充“丝绸文化”“春节文化”、会展资源丰富、高校较多的情况，希望在共同发展会展经济、互派留学生等方面加强合作，特别希望南充杂技团前往马来西亚演出，促进双方文化互鉴互赏、共享文明成果。同时，尽力促成南充与马来西亚登嘉楼州建立友好城市关系。

During the exchange with Dato Abdul Majid Ahmad Khan, President of Malaysia China Friendship Association, upon learning about Nanchong’s rich cultural resources in “Silk Culture” and “Spring Festival Culture”, as well as its abundant exhibition resources and numerous universities, he expressed a desire to strengthen cooperation in developing the exhibition economy and exchanging students. He particularly expressed a strong interest in having Nanchong acrobatic troupe perform in Malaysia to promote cultural exchange and mutual appreciation for both sides, and to share the achievements of civilization. Meanwhile, he also expressed his efforts to facilitate the establishment of a sister city relationship between Nanchong and Terengganu State in Malaysia.

此次对接活动，促进了“一带一路”国家民间友好组织的交流，副省长杨兴平出席大会并致辞，泰中文化经济协会会长、前国会主席、前副总理颇钦·蓬拉军，中国人民对外友好协会东亚工作部副主任田智刚、柬埔寨人民党中央常委、柬中友好协会主席艾桑奥出席活动。洪流会长以及南亚、东南亚、非洲、欧洲等国家友好组织采取线上线下方式进行了充分交流，对加强人文往来、深化经贸合作、传承青少年友谊打下了坚实基础，为构建人类命运共同体书写了新的篇章。

This matchmaking activity promoted the exchanges among civil society organizations from countries along the “Belt and Road Initiative”, Vice Governor Yang Xingping attended the conference and delivered a speech. Bhokin Bhalakula, President of Thai-Chinese Culture and Economy Association, former President of Parliament and former Vice Premier, Tian Zhigang, Deputy Director General of East Asia Affairs of the CPAFFC and Ek Sam OL, President of Cambodia-China Friendship Association, Member of the Permanent Committee of the Standing Committee, Cambodia People’s Party also participated in this activity. SIFA President Hong Liu and representatives from friendly organizations from South Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, and other countries engaged in extensive offline and online exchanges. These discussions laid a solid foundation for strengthening cultural exchanges, deepening economic and trade cooperation, and fostering youth friendship, and also have contributed to writing a new chapter in the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
